Our Story
Mea Opus was established to assist employers in recruiting new staff members, and to enable candidates to find their perfect rural role. The Directors collective appreciation of the increasing need for trained, professional staff to help manage the countryside in years to come drove them to create Mea Opus.
Richard Leach continues to enjoy over four decades in the agricultural sector and he is a highly respected figure in the farming and rural sector. He continues to provide advice, principally in the marketing and supply of game feed, game cover and Stewardship mixes, all from nationally recognised brands.

Tim Bowie is the Founding Partner of Loddon Consulting LLP a leading and senior executive search consultancy. Based in Oxfordshire, he combines a successful
career in estate management, and commerce as well as a time with the GWCT and is known for his deep knowledge of the rural sector, insight, and focus.

Dylan Williams, known to many as Founder and CEO of The Royal Berkshire Shooting School, was also instrumental in the creation of Eat Wild. Dylan is a Trustee of the Atlantic Salmon Trust and works closely with the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust. He was previously Head of Game and Wildlife at Sparsholt and now runs Pressendye Limited, a rural consultancy advising Estates, Charities and Rural Businesses.
